How to Cancel your EZ File Drop Subscription

Canceling your EZ File Drop subscription is quick and easy. 

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

• Login to EZ File Drop
• Click on the “Billing” tab from the main menu on the left
• In the "Your Plan" section, click the grey "Cancel Subscription" button.

• On the confirmation popup, click “Yes, cancel my subscription”

Your current subscription plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Canceling your subscription will not delete your account. Your upload forms will all be saved and set to Draft mode. You can log in and renew your subscription anytime.
