Your free 7-day trial runs on the Business plan, with all six cloud destinations and up to 20 users. Three things are different during the trial. You get 1 GB of upload bandwidth rather than the full 100 GB per month, which is plenty for building real forms and running test submissions through them. Trial forms carry a small line noting they're running on a free trial. And embedding is turned off, so share a test form with its link or QR code rather than putting it on your site.
No. Start your trial with just an email address and a password. We don't ask for payment information until you're ready to choose a plan, and nothing bills automatically when the trial ends.
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page at any time. Your account stays active and your forms keep accepting submissions through the end of the current billing period. After that your forms move to Draft.
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your forms, their settings, and your full submission history stay in your account, and files already delivered to your cloud storage are never touched. They're in your own storage and they stay there.
Your forms keep working. You're never paused, throttled, or cut off for going over. Extra bandwidth is billed at $15 per 50 GB block. We email your team at 80% of the allowance and again at 100%, and anyone on the team can check current usage in the app at any time. If you're going over most months, the next plan up usually costs less than the overage.
Yes, and it's separate from your monthly allowance. A single submission can be up to 5 GB on Starter and up to 25 GB on Business and Premium. Form owners can lower that cap on any individual form to keep submissions curated, and the limit is shown to the person uploading before they submit. If you need a higher cap than your plan allows, email us and we'll raise it at no extra cost.
No. Files pass through EZ File Drop and are delivered into the cloud storage you already use, so you're not buying storage from us and you're not paying twice for the same files. What you're paying for is the collection layer: the forms, the routing, the organization, and the team access.
You'll be prompted to choose a plan from your dashboard. You can stay on Business, upgrade to Premium, or drop to Starter, whichever fits how you actually used the product.
If you're not ready to decide, nothing gets deleted. Your forms go back to Draft and stop accepting submissions, but the forms themselves, their styling, and any submissions you collected all stay in your account. Choose a plan whenever you're ready and everything picks up where you left off.
Yes, from the Billing page at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge covering the rest of the current billing period, so a feature you need is available as soon as it's paid for. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep everything you've already paid for until that date.
Annual billing is paid up front for the year and costs less per month on every plan. Any annual plan works out to two months free. You can move between monthly and annual whenever you want from the Billing page.
5 GB a month on Starter, 100 GB on Business, and 1 TB on Premium, pooled across your whole team rather than allocated per user. This is an allowance for how much moves through EZ File Drop in a month. It has nothing to do with how much you can store, because files are delivered into your own cloud account.
Starter is a single-user plan, so downgrading from Business or Premium ends team access, and some of it can't be undone. Every other user is removed. Forms they own in the team workspace are reassigned to you and set back to Draft, needing a destination and a fresh publish. Forms in their private workspaces are permanently deleted along with their submissions. Features above Starter stop working, including embedding, password protection, and custom branding, but those settings are switched off rather than deleted, so they come back if you upgrade again.
